MagneFire 994c3d002c linux-sparrow: Delay tap-to-wake sleep. 
AsteroidOS requires about 200ms for the screen to wake from the off state. This is achieved by waiting 300ms before sending the removing the finger down event.
Additionally remove the power resume patch as it appears to be no longer needed since the PowerHAL is responsible for the touchscreen power state changes.
